Dear Rebuilding Together,

“At times when we are down and low, the thoughtfulness of others seems to beam through like gifts of immeasurable size”. The men and women from the Platte House and the Alano Organization would like to take the time to say 'Thank you' for all of the hard work and time that the Rebuilding Together team so generously donated to our home. It is people like you who make our world a better place. The improvements you provided have made a world of difference and have helped to make the Platte House “home” to many grateful women. It is such a wonderful honor to be able to witness truly giving people work to help improve the lives of others and ask for nothing in return. We would like to say a special ‘thank you’ to Dave Berens for all the hard work that was provided and to each individual who helped work on our home, rain or shine, with a smile on their face and love in their heart.
